Baltimore
For this layout I used 1/4" Sticky Tape for borders along the top of my layout and covered them with Sarhara Glitter Glitz. I also added mini glue dots along the edges of the decorative border to the side of my main photo and sprinkeled the Sarhara Glitter Glitz to bring more attention to the photo!
