Pop-Up Halloween Cards

This card is approximately 4-1/4" x 5-1/2" when finished and features a pop-up design on the inside. The files come with the card base, the paper elements shown, the inside pop-up mat, and mats for the pop-up. All of the files are compatible with both the 8x12 and 12x12 mats.

This file will be sized larger than the 12x12 mat with all the pieces grouped together.  In the Studio software, simply "ungroup" the file and move the pieces you want to cut to the virtual mat. Note: Anything that is off to the side of the active mat (in the grey space) will not cut so just leave the items off to the side until you are ready to cut them.

If you resize anything, make sure you do so BEFORE ungrouping items to keep all proportions accurate.

Here is the tutorial:
1.  Cut out all your pieces. PLEASE keep all letter centers (like the middle of the B, R, and A) they will be used later!  Note: the zombie silhouette cut is incorrect in the image above, it is now a solid silhouette.  Ink around pieces if desired.
2.  Adhere the zombie body piece behind the shirt and the black outline on top of the shirt.  Adhere the eye pieces together.
3.  Adhere the zombie head and hands to the solid silhouette cut and then adhere the brain in place, centering all pieces so the black border is even around them.
4.  Adhere the eyes on with foam adhesive and adhere shirt in place.
5.  Fold the card base and adhere the words on to the pop-up mat.  Tip: For the letter centers, I put the letter inside the phrase and then adhere the center down so that it will be in the correct spot.  Then I lift the letter being careful to leave the center behind.
6.  Adhere the mat on to the front of the card using foam adhesive and then adhere your zombie in place!  I use foam adhesive to adhere the zombie on as well!
7.  For the inside mat, you have to fold it on the score lines.  This image should assist with that!  Once folded, place adhesive on the outer areas (only the spots that will touch the inside card base) on both sides of the mat.
8.  Adhere the mat in place centering on the inside card base.
9.  Adere your phrase to the center mat, centering it!

Your card is completed!  Embellish as desired!

Love your cards, but do you sell commercial licences for them?
