A Little Something Popping Up!

I have always enjoyed pop-up cards, but they are time consuming to make by hand.  Well, now you don't have to worry about the pop-up piece...all you have to do is decorate!  Last week I brought in my Pop-Up Card Kit One to my Silhouette Store and this week I would like to introduce to you Pop-Up Card Kit Two
These cards are a lot of fun.  They fold flat and then when the recipient opens them the card expands popping out both the top and bottom circle areas!  These are perfect for displaying messages such as Happy on the top and Birthday along the bottom or even adding in embellishments to bring attention to your inside message!  Just so much you could do!
The file comes with the card base, one pop-up circle insert, and one pop-up scallop circle insert allowing you to create two unique cards!

Here is a quick tutorial for creating one of your own!
 1.  Cut out the pieces in your desired papers.
 2.  Fold the card base on the score line provided.
 3.  Fold the insert in half on the score line (my patterned paper side will be what pops up).
 4.  Next take one end of your insert and fold on the diagonal score lines.
 5.  Your piece should look like this now.
 6.  Push the diagonal folds in then push the side over and and push down.  Repeat steps 4- 6 for the other end.
 7.  Your insert should look like this now.
 8.  This image shows what the insert looks like closed.
 9.  Place adhesive on one side of the insert as shown.
10. Adhere the insert to the inside left area of the card base.
11. Place adhesive on the remaining side of the insert then close the card and press firmly to adhere the insert in place.
12. This is what your card will look like open.
13.  ...and when closed your card will look like this!  Embellish as desired!
