3D Layered Rose and Penstemon Paper Flowers

I love these two flowers!  They each come with layers
so you can achieve so many different looks!

Let's start today with my Layered Rose:
Here is the tutorial:

1.  Cut out all the pieces and pinch the leaves on the score lines.  Ink around the edges of the flower pieces if desired.
2.  Adhere the coordinating layer piece on the larger pieces as shown.  Note, the two smaller pieces do not have layers.
3.  Use a pencil or skewer to roll the petals on the flowers in all different directions.
4.  For the smallest piece, wad up the petals and squish them together.  This will be the center of the flower.
5.  Adhere the center of the flower into the next smallest shape...
6-9.  Adhere it in the next size flower shape and scrunch it up...continue doing this until all flower pieces are in place.
10.  Adhere the leaf pieces to the bottom to finish.
11.  Fluff out the layers a little to get your desired shape.

Next up is my Penstemon Flower

8.  Adhere the center of the flower into the next smallest shape...
9.  Wad up the petals and squish them together again.
10.  Use a pencil or skewer to roll the petals on the larger flowers in all different directions.
