Two Bin Storage Set

 This Two Bin Storage Set is approximately 5-3/4" x 1-1/2" x 5-3/4" when assembled.  The tall bin is approximately 2-3/4" x 1-1/2" x 5-3/4" and the shorter bin is approximately 2-3/4" x 1-1/2" x 4-1/2".  This storage file comes with a lot of flexibility!  The bins can be used on their own or you can have two large bins or two short bins for this set!  The file is compatible with the 8x12 and 12x12 mats.


Here is the tutorial:

1. Cut out all your pieces and fold on the score lines.  Adhere the mats on to the boxes as shown.  For the box tray, place adhesive on the four corner tabs and for the boxes, place adhesive on the long side tab, the two bottom flaps, and along the bottom edge tab for each box.  All my adhesive is shown by the white adhesive tape in the image above.
2. For each box, adhere the long side tab to the other side of the box to form its shape.  Tuck in the two bottom flaps then tuck up/in the bottom edge tab.  Press firmly with fingers or pencil to secure adhesive in place.  For the bottom tray, adhere the four corners to the tray sides to form its shape.  This is optional: If you are making a permanent structure, add adhesive to the bottom inside of the tray and along the side of the shorter box (or to the side of one of the boxes) so that the box edges will adhere together).
3. Place boxes into the tray and fill as desired!
