We Believe

This file comes with the 5" x 7" card base, the Elf stockings and shoes, as well as the "We Believe" sentiment.  The file is compatible with both the 8x12 and 12x12 mats and can be resized to fit your needs.
Here is the tutorial:
1.  Cut out all the detail pieces.
2.  Adhere the smaller shoe piece on the larger.
3.  Adhere the shoe cuff in place.
4.  Adhere the stockings on the main background piece.
5.  Adhere the stocking to the shoe as shown
6.  Adhere the bell pieces in place.
7.  Repeat steps 1-6 for the other shoe piece then cut out the card base and sentiment.  Adhere the shoes on the front of the card base with foam adhesive and adhere the sentiment underneath.
8. Tie twine around the shoe cuffs to embellish.  Your card will look similar to this!
