School Project with Gannon
Gannon is all into building cubes these days. Hannah even has a post on her blog with a photo of one he built from my EK corner punch! When we began working on his school assignment this weekend for Black History Month, it quickly turned into a Bind-it-All project for a cube! Gannon picked Joe Louis to research and he found facts from Google that he typed up all by himself (with a little formatting help)! We recycled a calendar cover for the 6x6 squares and covered them with American Crafts paper and sent them through the Bind-it-All. This was our first try with my new little machine and though it is easy to use, it will take some getting use to in order to get the punches just where I want them! Gannon helped lace the pieces together and then he glued all the pictures and facts to each side. I think it is super cute and it was such a great way for him to have fun with this assignment! GOOD JOB BUBBY!
