Petal Invitations and Place Card

Today I am sharing my favorite invites, the Petal Invitation sets!
I have two versions of this one -

My Rectangle Petal Invitation Set comes with the petal fold card base, a large mat for color, and a mat to store the invitation details.  The petal fold card base wraps within itself to house the invitation or you can place the entire thing into a standard A2 Envelope (4-3/8” x 5-3/4”) for mailing.  The inside mats are approximately 3-1/2” x 5” and 3-1/4” x 4-1/2”.  The file is compatible with both the 12x12 and 8x12 mats.
For this invitation I used the following papers:

Here is the tutorial:
1.  Cut out the pieces and fold on the score lines.
2.  Adhere the invitation piece on to the color mat, centering.
3.  Adhere the mats to the center of the invitation.
4.  To fold the invitation push the right side in...
5.  Then lift the bottom flap up...
6. and then tuck the top flap under the right side and above the left side as shown.
7.  It should look like this now.
8. Tie a bow to embellish and your invites are ready to go!

I designed these to fit inside a standard A2 envelope so you can mail them too!

My next one is a little more elegant and detailed.
This is my Rose Petal Invitation Set and it comes with the petal fold card base with a rose cut, a large mat for color, a mat to store the invitation details, and four color panels.

2.  Adhere the four color panels to the sides as shown.
3.  Adhere the invitation piece on to the color mat, centering then adhere the mats to the center of the invitation.
3.  To fold the invitation push the right side in...

This one also has a coordinating rose place card that is available as a separate file.
The place card measures about 3-1/2" x 1-1/2" and has a cut out rose in the base.  It comes with a color mat (for under the front of the card), a color mat, and a writing mat to place your guests name on.

For this one I used the following papers:
