Up Up Up and Away!

Good morning!  Today I am playing with Sweet Stamp Shop's Old Fashioned Afternoon Stamp Set!  This set contains a lot of fun images and a lot of sentiment options, which I always love!  Here is a peek at the set...

And here is my card!
Supplies:
Cardstock: White (The Paper Studio)
Pattern Paper: Off Beat 6x6 Pad (Basic Grey)
Stamps: Old Fashioned Afternoon (Sweet Stamp Set)
Ink: Tuxedo Black (Momento) & Charcoal (Cat's Eye Chalk Ink)
Ribbon: May Arts
Adhesive: 1/4" Zapdots (Helmar)
Other: Scor-Buddy (Scor-Pal) and Craft Knife (Fiskars)

I love the kites and how much they change just by switching
up the patterned papers!  So much fun!

And of course, I have a little tutorial on how I put it all together...
1.  Gather supplies (as described above).
2.  Stamp the kite from Old Fashioned Afternoon on three pieces of patterned paper.  Fussy cut the kites out, removing the tails.
3.  Stamp three kites on your white card base then add the sentiment toward the bottom as shown.
5.  With a craft knife, create a slit in the fold of the card the width of your ribbon.
6. Thread your ribbon through and then use a smaller piece of ribbon to tie a bow.  Ink the edges of the card.  Place score marks 1/4" from all edges and then adhere pattern paper kites with foam adhesive.
