A2 Winter Cards

These cards come with the A2 card base, a mat with holes (to mimic snow), and all the paper pieces needed to build the image shown on the card.  The file is compatible with both the 8x12 and 12x12 mats and the elements can be used separately as well.

Here's the tutorial:
1.  Cut out all your pieces. Fold the card on the score line.
2.  Adhere the "snow" mat on the card base with foam adhesive, centering.  Adhere the snow base to the bottom of the card.
3.  Adhere the black face behind the moose face.  Place foam adhesive on the back of the moose legs.
5.  Adhere the moose legs on the moose base. Place foam adhesive on the back of the moose head.
6.  Adhere the moose face on the moose base then build the santa hat.
7.  Adhere the santa hat on the moose and gather your trees!
8.  Adhere your moose in place then adhere the trees in behind him!

These other cards assemble similarly to the Moose card.

The file comes with the snowman shaped box which is approximately 5-1/4" x 4" x 2-3/4" and all the pieces to create the image shown in the photo.

Here is the tutorial:
1. Cut out all your pieces and fold the box on the score lines.
2.  Adhere your snowman face on the coordinating base.  Use foam adhesive to adhere the nose in place.
3.  Place adhesive on the side tab.  Adhere the side tab to the other side of the box.
4.  Place adhesive on the bottom tabs.  Press the two small tabs in then adhere the two larger tabs in place.
5.  Adhere your snowman face on the box and the remaining shape on the back of the box.

The Santa Bag boxes assemble similarly.

I love this project.  The file comes with the Santa Bag box which is approximately 5" x 4-1/4" x 2-3/4", eight gift boxes (each approximately 1" x 1" x 1-1/2"), and the pieces to create the Bow.  You can use the box on its own or include small candies/money/gifts in the little coal boxes!

I love this project.  The file comes with the Santa Bag box which is approximately 5" x 4-1/4" x 2-3/4", four gift boxes (each approximately 1-1/4" x 2" x 1-1/2"), and the pieces to create the 3d Bow.  You can use the box on its own or include small candies/money/gifts in the little presents!
Here are the coal/present pieces together
so you can see the size differences.

  2. I'm pretty new to this and I tried to make the moose cards for my son's daycare teachers because they are his favorite animal. I used craft glue (clear gel) and used it for the mat, trees, and parts of the moose and then to glue the moose to the card. I did use the 3d dots for some of the moose. My snow mat pulled up off the card on one and on the other the front of the card warped. Am I using the wrong glue or doing it the wrong way? I really love these cards!
