Banners!

A party wouldn't be complete without a fun banner, right!?

This banner is big one...and it can be made even bigger (or smaller if you want)!  The finished project comes sized approximately 48" long x 3" in height.  The file comes with the individual letters spelling "Happy Birthday" in a base piece with holes to attach as well as individual letter mats to change the colors of the letters.  You also get three banner bases (2 directions of flag banners and a main bar banner piece) so you can add in your own letters and weld them to personalize your banner!  The file is compatible with both the 8x12 and 12x12 mats.

Here is the tutorial:
You can put these together in various ways, I am going to show you how I do mine...
1.  Cut out all your pieces.
2.  Adhere your mats on the corresponding letters.
3.  Push twine or ribbon up through the two holes and tie together in a bow.
4.  Continue doing this until you have all of your pieces in place.

This banner is big one...and it can be made even bigger (or smaller if you want)!  The finished project comes sized approximately 55" long x 3-1/2" in height.  The file comes with the individual letters spelling "Congratulations" in a base piece with holes to attach as well as individual letter mats to change the colors of the letters.  You also get three banner bases (2 directions of flag banners and a main bar banner piece) so you can add in your own letters and weld them to personalize your banner!  This banner can also be setup to just say "Congrats".  The file is compatible with both the 8x12 and 12x12 mats.

  1. I see your blog sample has the banner base and a different color letter on top. How to you do that? What font do I need to use for my lettering?
    Thank you,
    Rosa

  2. Hi Rosa! The file comes with the base letters and the individual letter so you can change the color. You can see both in the first image of the tutorial. Hope that helps!

  3. Hi Jamie I know this is an older post but I just purchased your Happy Birthday Banner from the Silhouette design store......I just need to know what font you used I want to personalize it with a name and I've tried many different fonts and none are working. Thank you so much!
