3D Dublin, Elle, and Hybrid Paper Tea Roses

Here is the tutorial:
1.  Cut out all your pieces and stack in size order (largest to smallest).  Ink around the edges if desired.
2.  Curl all your petals using your skewer/pencil.
3.  Roll your smallest piece together then bend at the bottom, this will be the center piece. Adhere the center piece into the smallest flower form and bend the petals around the center piece.
4.  Adhere that into the next size flower form, staggering the petals slightly.
5-10. Continue adhering the center into the next sized flower form and pushing the petals up.
11.  Once you have all flowers in place, push the bottom flowers down and fluff out the flower to achieve your desired look!
