This Desk Organizer box is perfect for holding multiple items, including 6x6 paper pads!  The box has three large compartments and two drawers.  The finished project measures approximately 6-3/4" x 6-1/2" x 3-3/4".  This cut file is compatible with both the 12x12 and 8-1/2x12 mats.

Here is the tutorial:

2.  Adhere the two pieces together as shown.
3.  Bring the sides together and adhere the remaining tab.
4.  Add adhesive to the box bottom edges and close.
5.  Your box will look like this now.
6.  Repeat the steps for the other two boxes.
7.  Next gather your drawer pieces and fold on the score lines.
8.  Place adhesive on the two tabs shown with the arrows in the photo.
9.  Adhere the tabs to the box sides to form the drawer slot.
10. Next add adhesive to each of the four tabs of the drawer and under the tab with the circle too.
11. Adhere the tabs to the box sides to form.
12. Finish by folding over the circle piece so it looks like this now.
13.  Repeat the steps for the second drawer.  Place the drawers into the slots and they will look like this now.
14.  Next build the box base by folding on the score lines and placing adhesive on the two tabs.
15.  Adhere the tabs to the box sides as shown.

17.  Your should have all these pieces now.

19.  Adhere your drawers in place and then add adhesive to the tops of each of those.
20.  Place adhesive around the top edges of the box base as well (shown by arrow).
21.  Adhere in the shortest of the three boxes.  Add adhesive on the back edge and half way on each side as shown.
22.  With the tallest box, add adhesive to the bottom.
23.  Insert the tallest box at the back inside area of the short box as shown.
