Altered Picture Frame

The Creative Memories Reminisce Spring paper is just so pretty and I love the way it looks on a frame!  I can't wait for warmer weather...okay, I'd be happy with a little bit of sunshine :)!

Paper: Reminisce Spring (Creative Memories)
All-Purpose Scissors (Creative Memories)
Foam Squares (Creative Memories)
Frame with 5" x 7" opening
Twine String
