A Lottery Ticket Holder!

Those large Lottery Tickets are often hard to gift because of their size.  I created this card to hold the large bingo scratch off tickets!
The base paper is 12x12 and it is scores at 4 1/4" and 8 1/2". 

Supplies:
Cardstock: Textured Christmas (Momenta)
Patter Paper:  Kris Kringle (SEI)
Jewels: Creative Charms
Punch: EK Success
Misc: Ribbon
