Today I am back with the puffy, sparkling letters that I showed you in my last Talk Tuesday Tip and I am using more of the Dixie Pieces Cartoon Kit!
Look at these beautiful papers! The base paper is We R Memory Keepers and the Scallop paper is My Little Shoebox! They just look like they were made for each other!

Glitter: Crystal in Light Pink (P K Glitz)
Adhesive: 1/2" Sticky Tape (P K Glitz) and 3D Crystal Lacquer (Sakura)
