Boo Boxes
This project is great for using as a home decor item or filling with small treasures &/or candy and gifting! Each box is approximatley 2-3/4" x 2-1/2" x 1-3/4" and comes with decorative mats and the "BOO" sentiment and bats as shown. The file is compatible with the 8x12 and 12x12 mats.
Here is the tutorial:
1. Cut out all your pieces. You will have three boxes. To assemble the boxes, fold on all the score lines. Adhere mats to the box in the coordinating area. Then add a strong adhesive tape to the tabs (one side tab and the three bottom tabs) as shown.
2. Adhere the side tab to the box side to form its shape. Add adhesive tape to the remaining bottom tab.
3. Fold in the two side tabs and press the first bottom tab in and secure in place.
4. Adhere the last bottom tab in place and rub from inside to ensure it is adhered properly.
5. Your box should look like this now.
6. Use foam adhesive to adhere letters to the front of each box, centering.
7-9. Adhere the bats randomly on the letters using foam adhesive.
Embellish as desired!
