3D Hanging Flower Ball and Pansy Paper Flowers

This next project is so much fun.  This is my 3D Hanging Flower Ball and I think these would be gorgeous for a wedding, bridal (or even baby) shower, or just hanging in a girls bedroom!

When finished this project is approximately 5" around.  The file comes with the round form pieces, a support piece, and the 3D flower pieces. There are 60 flowers used to create this project.  The file is compatible with both the 8x12 and 12x12 mats however; you may need to move some pieces for the smaller mat.

These even look lovely sitting in a vase!

Here is the tutorial:
1.  Cut out enough flower pieces for 60 flowers.
2.  Cut out your form pieces in a color that will coordinate/match your flowers.
3.  Apply adhesive as shown by the arrow.
4.  Insert the tab into the slot and then adhere the pieces together lining up the pieces.
5.  Tuck your large tab into the slot.
6.  Begin tucking the tabs into the opposite slots until finished.
7.  Do the same for the second form making sure the holes are the top piece.
8.  Place adhesive around the bottom form (without holes).
9.  Open you top form (with holes) at the main area and insert the balls together.  Line up the solid edges then close the ball.
10. Your form should look like this now.
11. Adhere your ball support on top, matching the holes.
12. Cut an 18" piece of string/twine and pull both end us through the sets of holes.  Tie in a knot then gather the two ends and tie them in a knot around themselves, trimming the ends of the strings to complete.
13. For each of your flowers, squish up the center then use a skewer or pencil to curve the petals.  Place the center in the smallest flower then adhere that into the largest flower, staggering the petals.
14. Begin adhering the flowers on to the form with a strong adhesive.
15. Your ball should look similar to this when complete!

You could make these in different sizes by scaling the cut file, just make sure everything is grouped together before changing the sizes!

Next up is my 3D Pansy Flower!
This flower can be sized to fit your needs and is
compatible with both the 8x12 and 12x12 mats.
Here is the tutorial:

1. Cut out the flower parts and ink as desired.
2.  Adhere the center piece on the three petal flower as shown.
3.  Use a skewer or pencil to curve the petals.
4.  Curve the two petal flower as well then use a foam square on the bottom center.  Use a small foam square on the center piece as well.
5.  Adhere the three petal piece on top of the two petal piece.  Fold out the bottoms of the center piece and place adhesive on the tabs.
6.  Adhere the center piece in place.
7.  Bend the leaf pieces on the score lines and then apply a foam adhesive as shown.
8.  Adhere the leaf pieces together.
9.  Adhere the flower on the leaf pieces.
