For this month's Blog Hop the Creative Team has 
been working with a Food theme and today I have a 
delicious project to share!
It is a Blueberry Coffee Cake...YUM! 
Supplies:
Patterned Paper: Orchard Harvest by Samantha Walker (Creative Imaginations)
Cardstock: Earthtones Textured (Momenta)
Dies: Turkey Placecard and Borders Eyelet Ribbon Weave by Samantha Walker (Silhouette)

Ink: Amber Clay, Warm Red, and Dark Brown Cat's Eye Chalk Ink (Clearsnap)

Color, Print, and Cut Instructions:
1.  Open the Turkey Place Card Silhouette File then click on the Page Tools Window and select the Letter size (if printing on 8-1/2" x 11").


2.  Click on the Registration Mark Window and click the Show Reg Marks box.


3.  Click on the Silhouette File to select then right click and choose Ungroup.


4.  Click each item and choose the Fill Color window and begin filling each piece with the color you want.


5.  Move the items around to fit in the printable area.


6.  Click the Send to Printer icon.


7.  Select your printer then click the Print button.


8.  After you receive your print, click the Send to Silhouette Button then choose Click here to skip printing.
 9.  Follow the prompts on the screen then click Continue.




10.  Click the Detect Automatically option and your Silhouette will run through the page looking for the registration marks.

11.  Once your lines are detected, a Cut button will appear.  Make sure you have the cut settings to match your paper then press Cut.


12.  Your cuts should look similar to this!

13.  Ink the edges of the pieces with coordinating shades of ink.

Assembly Instructions: 
 
1.  Place adhesive on the score mark of the light tan card and adhere to the yellow cardstock for a stand.
2.  Adhere the orange ruffle on as shown.
3.  Adhere the light tan ruffle on as shown.
4.  Adhere the dark brown shape on as shown.
5.  Piece the turkey face together.
6.  Adhere the red frame shape on the yellow cardstock as shown.
7.  With foam adhesive, adhere the turkey head and the white cardstock piece.  Decorate as desired.
8.  Cut out the Eyelet Lace Ribbon Weave Borders and weave the paper strips through the slots.  Trim a piece of brown cardstock to 5-1/2" x 11-3/4".
9.  Place adhesive on the back long edges of the brown cardstock.
10.  Adhere the borders as shown in the photo.
11. Score the cardstock to fit your bread/cake.
12. Wrap your cake with a clear cling wrap.
13.  Secure the cardstock wrapping around your bread/cake with adhesive.
14-15.  Adhere your tag to the bread.

Recipe:
Blueberry Coffee Cake
1 Package Jiffy Blueberry Muffin Mix
1/4 Cup Milk
1 Egg
2 Tbsp, Shortening, Melted

Preheat oven to 350.  Grease an 8" square pan.  Stir ingredients well.  Spread in pan, add topping and bake 20-22 minute until light brown.

Topping:
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup chopped nuts (we skip these!)
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tbsp. baking mix
1 tbsp. butter, softened

Combine dry ingredients. Add butter and stir until mixture is crumby.  Sprinkle on coffee cake batter and bake as directed.
