Hope Your Birthday's A Blast!

Instructions:
To assemble card:
  • Cut green cardstock down to 4-1/2" x 12", fold in half to form a 4-1/2" x 6" card. Ink around edges, then with a brown marker, place dashes around the edges.
  • Adhere the full image to the front of the card as shown.
  • Using foam adhesive squares, attach the main rocket.  Once in place use more foam adhesive squares to attach the main rocket piece.
  • Trace the rocket fire and the rocket window with a glitter pen.
  • Add green jewels to the circles on the main image going from largest to smallest as shown.  Add three clear jewels to each side of the rocket wings.
  • Cut two long strings of the Peapod Baker's Twine and tie around the right edge of the card, leaving the bow at the top as shown.
  • For the inside of the card, cut white cardstock for the mat and ink around the edges.  Using the brown marker, add dashes around all edges.
  • Place the "Celebrate" sticker in the center.
To assemble Bag:

  • Trim green cardstock to 11" x 2-1/2".  Use border punch to shape the bottom edge.  Fold cardstock around the bag and adhere the overlapping edge.
  • Cut two long strings of the Peapod Baker's Twine and tie around the cardstock, leaving the bow at the left as shown.
  • Using foam adhesive squares, attach the main rocket.  Once in place use more foam adhesive squares to attach the main rocket piece.
  • Trace the rocket fire and the rocket window with a glitter pen.
  • Add three clear jewels to each side of the rocket wings.
For the inside of the bag, I folded a long piece of the green cardstock and placed a pack of gum and a giftcard inside.

You can slide the inside of the card on the back of the bag through the wrap created above so the two pieces stay together.
