Happy St. Patty's Day!
For this card, I created a SCAL2 file for my tags (you can get the file HERE), leaving the shamrocks as open cuts. I cut small squares of Sticky Paper out and placed them behind the open shamrocks, exposing the sticky side. I then used Meadow "Glitter Glitz" and spread across the sticky paper. I also used the Sticky Paper with my circle punches to create the arch and then peeled the paper and added the Meadow Glitter Glitz again. The button has a ZOT glue dot added to the center and then more of the Meadow Glitter placed on top!
