Yes, another Valentine card! No worries, only a few more left...I promise! The color and pattern paper are Scrap Within Reach, Emerson collection (I so love this collection!). I used the Swiss Dots Cuttlebug folder and the hearts were cut from George/Basic Shapes (1" shift option). I used embroidery thread to decorate the hearts and bottom border and the ribbon is American Crafts.
